Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Capitol Roofers Harrisburg, 1000 N Cameron St, Harrisburg, PA 17103. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

The content here — including cost ranges, material comparisons, maintenance advice and guidance about insurance claims — is general information about roofing in Central Pennsylvania. It is not a quote, a contract, legal advice, or advice about your specific insurance policy.

Cost figures cited on this site are published market ranges and are provided for orientation only. Your project will be priced after an on-site measurement and inspection, and only a written estimate signed by both parties is binding.

Estimates and scheduling

• Inspections and estimates for repair and replacement work are provided free of charge.
• Estimates are based on what is visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Conditions concealed by existing roofing — such as deteriorated decking or saturated insulation — may change the scope, and any such change will be documented, photographed and agreed with you before the work proceeds.
• Scheduling is subject to weather. We will not open a roof into conditions we are not confident about, and we will communicate any delay as early as we can.
• Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set out in the written project agreement. We do not require full payment before work begins.

Warranties

Two separate warranties may apply to your project. The manufacturer warranty covers the roofing material itself and is governed by that manufacturer's published terms. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation and is set out in writing in your project agreement. A warranty is only as described in those documents; nothing on this website extends or modifies them.

Insurance claim support

We document damage, provide estimates in a format your carrier can process, and attend adjuster inspections at your request. We are roofing contractors, not public adjusters or attorneys, and we do not negotiate your claim on your behalf or guarantee any claim outcome. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.

We will not waive, absorb or discount a homeowner's insurance deductible. Doing so is unlawful in Pennsylvania.

Communications

By submitting a form or providing your number, you consent to be contacted about your request by phone, text or email. You may opt out at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and code of this site are the property of Capitol Roofers Harrisburg unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Our obligations in relation to work performed are governed by the signed project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
