If you call us, we keep a record of the call and the details you provide so we can schedule and complete the work.

Our web host may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Who we may share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to do the job you hired us for — for example with your insurance carrier or adjuster when we are supporting a claim on your behalf, with material suppliers when ordering for your project, or with a financing provider if you have asked to apply. We also share information where we are legally required to.

By submitting a form on this site you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message or email. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply for text messages.

Data retention

We keep project records, including estimates, photographs and invoices, for as long as necessary to honor warranties and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
