We book a time and turn up in it

What should I have ready for the estimate?
Nothing is required, but it helps if you know roughly when the roof was installed, whether you have had previous repairs, and where any leaks have appeared. Attic access is useful too — a large part of a proper inspection happens from inside.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
For an exterior-only assessment, no. For a full inspection we need attic access, so someone should be home. Either way you get the written report and photographs.
